In 2012, HAGA Metal Ltd. has opened its state-of-the-art manufacture on the outskirts of the picturesque city of Karlovac. Gold, silver, and various other metal alloys are processed in strictly controlled environmental conditions, and every stage of our production – from melting, rolling, and beating of gold, to hand-cutting of leaves and formation of booklets – are handled and supervised by our skilled employees. As a subsidiary of NORIS Blattgoldfabrik from Schwabach, HAGA took over the delicate task of production of high-quality gold, silver, and metallic leaves, as well as the production of edible gold and silver products for haute cuisine and patisserie. Our edible gold and silver have been tested and certified by the Landesgewerbeanstalt Nuremberg (LGA-TUV-Rheinland), and are marketed worldwide under the NORIS brand as a product line GOLDMARIE.
