The Real Estate Investment Opportunities Fund or "RIO Fund" is a Belgian real estate development fund (private privak) that invests in a diversified portfolio of residential real estate development projects with a core focus on Belgium. The purpose is to benefit from the profits made by real estate development. The aim is to only invest in equity tranches of various real estate projects. The Fund will be managed by AIFM Manager ShelteR Investment Management, an in Luxembourg regulated asset management company.
