BelCash Technology Solutions PLC (BCTS) is an Ethiopian company initiated by World Open Services (NL) and registered as a Value-Added Service provider at the Ministry of ICT. BCTS has signed an agreement with Ethio-telecom to provide, for the African market and more specifically the Ethiopian market, a new approach to interact between end-users and their mobile or online devices. BCTS started its activities in Ethiopia 10 years ago and now employs a strong professional team of more than 100 fulltime staff in the country. For the past, BCTS has navigated Ethiopia’s complex regulatory environment and has successfully implemented its HelloCash mobile banking platform shared by five local banks and two microfinance institutions, 1,4 Mln Ethiopians as register to the service. BCTS has reinforced its offer by the HelloServices and inspiring brand all-inclusive, aiming to connect all Ethiopian citizens for a brighter future; a future that unlocks the potential of the country and its diversity.
