Philippines Urban Living Solutions, Incorporated (“PULS”) is a leading owner, developer and manager of purpose-built young professional housing in the Philippines. PULS was established in 2012 and specializes in the development of rental housing communities under the “MyTown” brand at walking distance from the central business districts of Metro Manila in which young professionals can live, play and walk to work. The PULS objective is to elevate the lives of the Filipino workforce by providing a new, high quality lifestyle concept and let them save on transportation time and cost. PULS currently operates 5 buildings with over 1,000 beds. Another 5 buildings with a total of 1,850 beds are under construction and will be turned-over from 2017 onwards. The design for its MyTown Dublin project won “Best Architecture Award” at the 2015-2016 Asia Pacific Property Awards. In December 2015, PULS announced the placement of convertible notes to a consortium including Templeton Strategic Emerging Markets Fund IV LDC as Lead-investor and BPI Capital Corporation as a Co-investor.
