The National Federation of ALMOs Ltd (NFA) represents 24 council-owned housing management companies in England, managing around 320,000 local authority homes. The NFA represents members' interests at the national level, lobbying and negotiating with central government on their behalf. It also organises members' events and regional meetings and offers them advice and briefings. A board of nine ALMOs elected by members across four regions (Northern, Midlands, South West, London & Southern) oversees the NFA's work.
