All of these shopping centers are managed directly by the country team. Following the acquisition of Corio, Klépierre now ranks first in the Dutch market. With five shopping centers, Klépierre has a more coherent portfolio of assets, concentrated in the cities of Randstad, a region with high purchasing power. The renovation / extension of the Hoog Cathrijne Center (Utrecht), the most visited shopping center in the country, is over. This shopping center is now over 85 000m² with more than 100 shops. In addition, most of our shopping centers in the Netherlands are ISO 14001 certified, BREEAM in Use and BREEAM in Construction.
