On the island of Gossen in the North Atlantic tucked under the polar circle, the sea has always sustained life and we are proud to have reinvigorated Norway’s long salt traditions dating back to the Viking era. Our seawater is clean and cold, our salt is mineral rich with a pronounced yet delicate flavour of the sea.
