We believe that every South African child has the potential to become a world class citizen. This is possible by improving the math, science and lifeskill comprehension and academic performance of the child. This is accomplished through structured implementation of chess education where essential aspects of the game are actively linked with math, science and lifeskill concepts. Learning fundamental concepts are made fun and exciting for the child. Moves for Life has already been implemented, with great success at more than 100 schools, 900 teachers and more than 31 000 learners nationwide are participating in the program. School learners, all over SA, are effectively taught maths, science and life skills the Moves for Life way. The results are phenomenal. This integrated project, which encompasses not only education, but also sports and culture, leads to school learners developing a different attitude towards their school work.
