RCDTS exists to support and deliver HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) Executive Committee's ambitious digital vision. Working with Chief Digital and Information Officer Group (CDIO), RCDTS Ltd is integral to managing and innovating our digital and technology services. Our objectives: Support HMRC's key objectives, which are to: Maximise revenues due and bear down on avoidance and evasion Transform tax and payments for our customers Design and deliver a professional, efficient and engaged organisation. RCDTS Ltd works with HMRC to help deliver these priorities. HMRC has a massive challenge ahead. There are big changes coming in the way we interact with our customers and we're making equally big changes in order to meet that challenge. We're using smart data analysis and innovative IT systems to ensure that customers get their tax affairs right from the outset. RCDTS is responsible for building some of the new systems that HMRC needs in order to meet its goals. We're on an ambitious journey, incorporating innovative technologies and best practices, and we need to expand our multi-disciplinary team. If you have the personal and technical skills we need to realise our ambitions, we can offer you a rewarding and fulfilling career and a genuine opportunity to positively impact the lives of millions of our customers through UK public services. The Workforce Our headquarters are in London. However, RCDTS also have offices in Telford, Newcastle, Worthing and Southend. The people employed by RCDTS are not civil servants. They work alongside our existing CDIO Group teams, so we very much think of RCDTS colleagues as part of the team.
