EK McQuade, part of the award winning Earl Kendrick Group, is a small and expert team of building surveyors specialising in Party Wall matters. We have extensive experience working both with architects, developers and property managers. Members of the EK McQuade team are members of both the Pyramus and Thisbee Club (which promotes excellence in party wall matters) and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. We take on both Building Owner and Adjoining Owner appointments and also regularly act as Agreed Surveyor between both parties.
