The history of MEDAC began in 1993, when a couple of us brought in the first testing samples of the German cosmetic brand ALCINA to the Czech Republic. A lot has changed since then, our team has grown bigger, we've moved to bigger offices and we also expanded to Slovakia. But a lot of other things have still remained the same. Many of our colleagues for instance have been with us since the beginning. And we are very grateful for that. Now, MEDAC's headquarters is located in a much bigger building with its own storage spaces and the company now operates with over 40 employees. Our clients, hair and beauty salons, can reach our excellent customer service for quick and easy ordering and support. We also pay a lot of attention to quick and precise delivery, so that the packages arrive at salons as soon as possible. We organize seminars in order to encourage our clients to keep growing and learning in their fields. We prepare special offers and bonuses for our clients and we also promote our products on social media websites and other media channels, to spread the word about them to the end customers. And our brilliant sales representatives are always there to help their clients with all their needs. That is how MEDAC works.
