Home Shots Real Estate Photography stemmed from Laura’s own experiences. She and her husband had sold their first home and were in the market for a new one. She soon became a self-professed MLS junkie, quickly discovering that a lot of on-line listings used images that were either poor quality, failed to properly show the property or were uninteresting. From this experience an idea was born, and drawing from thirteen years of successful small business ownership, she started Home Shots Real Estate Photography. Laura’s unique style of photography focuses on capturing images that show a home’s natural light, flow and unique characteristics. Her goal is to make the home you see on-line, the home you visit in person. Coupled with her unique style, Laura also ties in a strong social media marketing component to her work, leveraging the reach of Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, along with other social marketing vehicles to promote each listing. As over 90 percent of home buyers go on-line first when looking for a home, this approach provides her clients with an expanded social media reach and high quality images that today’s web savvy home buyers are looking for.
