The Hopkins Student Wind Energy Team is a student-run team on campus at JHU focused on competing in the Department of Energy's Collegiate Wind Competition. Our team is tasked with designing and building a wind turbine prototype, producing a development plan including financial and environmental analysis for a 100 MW wind farm in western South Dakota, and reaching out to industry experts to create a network of mentors.
