Imagine Talent was born to declutter and demystify the job search process by providing sound, impartial advice and humanised support to give you the peace of mind when on the hunt for that new role. I have met or had coffee with hundreds, if not thousands, of Tech & Digital leaders over the years, most of whom battled with the same problem of balancing a demanding work schedule with the rigour of a thorough job search. I founded Imagine Talent to help solve that problem. I run 1:1 coaching sessions in person (or via Skype/phone if you’re based outside of Metro Melbourne), bringing a fresh and energetic approach to help ease the daily grind and stressors of searching for a new job. By taking you through a holistic framework of a job search strategy, I provide coaching and impartial advice through the job search lifecycle from CV writing and refreshing your social media presence, to interview prep and job offer negotiations.
