In Time is a licensed counseling private practice that specializes in helping women, children and families. In Time CCS provides individual, group and family counseling services. We use a combinatination of various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Drama and Creative Arts Therapies in order to meet the needs of the individual and the family.
