The European HRD Circle is a think-tank composed of a limited number of current or former HR Directors from large multinational companies as well as trade union members, experts, lawyers, professors, researchers and so on. The Circle focuses on the development of corporate social dialogue and responsibility in Europe and aims to share good practices and innovations and, through this process, give birth to the future European social standard. The Circle also strives to be the voice of the European HR community in public debates, to translate Corporate Social Responsibility into concrete proposals.
