The period 1999 to 2019 I worked with a multi-national company supporting their global contact center operations as a telecommunications specialist, business systems analyst, solutions architect and Global IT services delivery manager. In July of 2019, I accepted a personal services contract position with the 9-1-1 Bureau of the New Brunswick Department of Public Safety. In this position, I function as a technical strategist in support of the Province of New Brunswick's transition from Legacy 9-1-1 services to Next Generation 9-1-1 services.
