Formed in 1971, BHE Services (Bolton) Ltd rose quickly to become one of the North West’s first major gas maintenance companies. Housing associations and local authorities have always ranked amongst our most valued and important customer groups but home-owners, too, can rely on us for the design, installation, maintenance and repair of essential building services such as central heating, plumbing and renewable energy systems. Today, serving these and other markets, we have an established workforce of over 50 qualified gas operatives, engineers, plumbers and electricians, all of whom hone their skills in our comprehensively equipped in-house training facility. This keeps staff fully conversant with industry best practice and with the demands of current legislation. Despite our traditional roots and adherence to ‘old fashioned’ values such as customer care and respect, we have nevertheless evolved into a very modern and efficient business. We utilise a range of advanced ICT systems – including PDAs for our operatives and GPS tracking in our vehicles – all of which speed response times, aid communication and make it possible to set much more precise appointment times.
