CIFILE Journal of International Law (CJIL) is a journal of the Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE) which adopts a multidisciplinary approach concerned with all aspects of International Law. All professors, lawyers, researchers and students in these disciplines are invited to contribute their knowledge and experiences in this journal. CJIL publishes original research papers, research notes and reviews in most fields of international law such as business, environment, maritime, spatial, politics, humanitarian and human rights law. Articles would be accepted both in English and French.
