COMPANY HISTORY IOTA Investment Services (Pty) Ltd was established in 1993, through the amalgamation of two businesses which had been running since 1986. In 1998 it became a subsidiary of IOTA Financial Services Ltd, which listed on the JSE in the same year. When the holding company de-listed in 2002, the board of IOTA Investment Services performed a management buy out. Today the company remains a niche financial services practice offering value to high nett worth individuals. It provides a holistic wealth management service, acting as financial director to clients and families who often have the knowledge, but not the time, to manage their local and global finances. We are proactive in meeting regularly with our clients to take the necessary steps to achieve our goals jointly.
