LegalCORPS is a nonprofit that provides free legal assistance in transactional matters to low-income entrepreneurs, inventors and small nonprofits -- exclusively through the services of 500+ volunteer business lawyers. We are part of the access to justice movement. We offer brief advice clinics, full-representation assistance and free workshops throughout Minnesota and IP services in Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota. Our Inventor Assistance Program was the first statewide patent law pro bono program to operate in the U.S., with the active support of the USPTO.
