I am an Integrative Counselling Psychologist working in Limerick. I offer short term and long term therapy to individuals. The length of time in therapy will depend on your particular difficulty and your own goals for therapy. I have experience working with adolescents and adults with various personal difficulties. I have completed an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology at Trinity College Dublin and an Honours B.Sc. in Applied Psychology in University College Cork. I have worked therapeutically in a variety of settings, including a specialist counselling service for adult survivors of childhood abuse, a college counselling service, a community based counselling service and an urban secondary school. Prior to specialising in counselling psychology I was a Therapy Assistant within the Special Care Therapy Unit of St Brendan's Psychiatric Hospital, Dublin.
