As the education foundation of the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS), Bright Minds Foundation brings together private and community support for academic programs and initiatives - benefiting students, teachers, staff, and our community - that would not otherwise be possible. Our work and programs seek to: 1) address equity, equality, and access to educational offerings; 2) promote education innovation; 3) provide students access to skills that will serve them throughout their lives. Bright Minds works to level the playing field so all students have a chance to succeed.
