StarOcean was first established in 2012 (under a different name) to provide world-class crew management services to its Principals and Seafarers. Under the new name StarOcean the company began operations in 2016 in new modern offices, with the mission to source highly-skilled Philippine crew to a diversified fleet of dry bulk, tanker and container vessels. Today, StarOcean serves over 90 vessels, and a crew pool of 2,500 seamen. Our office team constantly strives to build on the acquired knowledge and capabilities, thus allowing StarOcean to provide a seamless service to its Principals.
