Initiative Consulting offers IT Management Consulting services to both consumers and providers of IT. Through our extensive experience we can assist clients to realise real business value and outcomes from IT initiatives. Initiative Consulting was founded by Lance Greenwood after leaving Peregrine Systems in mid-2002 (Peregrine closed Australian operations and were later acquired by HP Software in 2006). Initiative co-founded Anadex Pty Ltd in late 2002 which went on to become an HP Software Platinum Partner focussed primarily in the IT Service Management arena. Anadex was later acquired by CSG Ltd.
