Dynamic Fitness, Inc. is Sarasota's Original Pilates Studio and we have been teaching the classical method of Pilates continuously since 1994. Our studio is fully equipped with the traditioal Pilates apparatus and we are the only studio in Sarasota that can have multiple clients and workouts simultaneously. Our instructors are NYC trainged and have completed 600 hours of education and formal testing in order to acheive certification as Pilates instructors.
