We mainly advise clients in debt transactions financed by: international and local family offices and funds, local capital markets, regional financial groups, the banking system and coops. We also participate in private equity transactions that contribute to greatly diversifying clients portfolios and exposing them to high expected returns. In M&A we work in different industries. We have worked a few transactions usually led by global investment banks. Managing Partners Pablo Secada and Walter Woolcott work directly in each transaction. Oi has strategic partnerships with bankers from global peers, as well as the participants in the following industries; agribiz and biotech, IT, hotels, real estate, mining and metals processing, and food, Oi was founded in 2010 by four former Santander Investment colleagues. This investment bank led the Peruvian and regional capital markets twenty years ago.
