The American Blockchain Initiative (formerly the Blockchain Defense Initiative) is a 501(c)(4) organization based out of Washington DC. Our organization's mission is to promote and educate lawmakers on the critical importance of blockchain technology as it relates to American competitiveness and promoting responsible innovation to advance America’s national security interests. As blockchain technology is expanding across the world, we seek to provide US legislators and regulators the necessary insight to provide meaningful regulations to this technology while using it to expand America’s role in the blockchain ecosystem.
