Incepted on 10th Dec 2001, Peoples Foundation for Scientific Socio Economic Development (PeFSSED) cares to spend its might and time for issues of crucial concern. We aim at overall development of the poor in general and the urban poor in particular by way of enhancing their socio economic health and educational status so that a meaningful life is ensured to every citizen of India. PeFSSED believes in making a strong link, an expanding chain of assertive young professionals, mature at heart, spirited at mind and passionate in action. The energetic bandwagons of PeFSSED encompass professionals who hail from medicine, engineering, management, social work and other streams. There are a few Individuals, who have visualized their career in PeFSSED and joined us full time. Moreover, we have designed a few projects that suit to working professionals, who forms a significant portion of PeFSSEDians. Registered on 20th Nov 2002, under the Society Registration Act 1860, PeFSSED has grown though not by leaps and bounds, but by lives and bonds. The grass root work done by PeFSSED at city slums or remote villages, in terms of teaching children or training women only reflect PeFSSED's commitment to march towards to development by ensuring freedom from ignorance for the deprived and freedom from hunger for the under-privileged by making them educated and self sustainable. In short, we say, we have successfully walked a mile or two, but are committed to walk further and farther. So it is never a question as to whether you want to be a part of us or not. The bigger question is - "Can you and we be a part of the resolve ?"
