The Institute for Contemporary Leadership is an applied-research learning center, whose mission is to enable talented executives to make a step change in their leadership, and have greater impact in their organizations and beyond. The Institute brings together preeminent thinkers, as well as senior practitioners in human capital and leadership development, to explore the underlying change mechanisms and necessary factors for radical disruptive growth in the critical leadership capabilities required to thrive in our contemporary context.
