Rafik Bouaziz, MD, is a board-certified family medicine doctor. He is also an assistant professor at the UCF College of Medicine. He was born in Florida and grew up on his parents' farm in Kissimmee. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Florida, received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Miami School of Medicine, and completed his family medicine residency at Mayo Clinic.
