Foncière de Paris is a property company specialized in the acquisition and leasing of offices assets located in Paris and its immediate surroundings. Two-thirds of the portfolio is made up of office assets located in Paris, and of which almost 90% are assets located in Paris, Boulogne-Billancourt and Levallois-Perret. Formally Cofitem-Cofimur, the company changed its name to become in august 2013, at the occasion of its option for the SIIC status, Foncière de Paris SIIC. On 20 November 2013, Foncière Paris France was merged into Foncière de Paris. The asset portfolio of the new entity amounts to €1.17bn.
