We are a mental health agency that sees individuals, couples and families working through mood, behavioral, and personality disorders, self-improvement, family and/or relational issues, and sex and sexuality issues. We pride ourselves on utilizing talk therapy and take home behavioral tasks to make a difference in our clients' lives. We employ systemic thinking as a baseline to all the work that we do with clients. In addition, we are eclectic in the theories that we pull from. Some of the more common therapy techniques that we utilize in our work with clients come from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Psychoeducation, and Exposure Therapy. We also offer workshops for those looking for an educationally based fix to their problems, or in order to help build on what is already great in their life. These workshops utilize psychoeducation and offer basic information for clients. We highly encourage our clients to attend these workshops in addition to attending regular talk therapy. Additionally, we conduct Continuing Education workshops for licensed professionals to maintain their licensure.
