Within a short time, we have managed to realise living space with a total surface area of 110,000 m² in attractive central locations. This year, the successful business model and the rapid expansion of the current real estate portfolio were continued through the acquisition of several apartment buildings from the Gründerzeit era. Over the next two years, these properties will be renovated following highest quality standards with the objective of maximising their existing value-enhancing potential and thereby creating a win-win situation: the buyers gain access to apartments with a high quality of living at prime locations, while due to the parent company's high credit rating, both institutional and private investors receive continued and attractive returns at a low level of risk.
