Established in February 2013, The Violet Hour is a collaborative enterprise intent upon showing, promoting and publicizing the work of young artists in the early stages of their careers. Borrowed from Eliot s The Wasteland, The Violet Hour allows the alliance between art professionals Alex Wellesley Wesley and Sarah Reynolds the indulgence of interweaving their shared love of poetry with visual art.
