Excel Hoops is proud to offer one of the most diverse and unique basketball training programs for boys and girls from Grade 6 up to professionals. Our workouts will challenge each athlete to develop their game in many key areas. We focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game while also working on basketball IQ and awareness. Each session will push our athletes to think and perform in a fun and challenging environment. At Excel Hoops you will perform dynamic and innovative drills used by NBA, and NCAA players which will be adapted to each individual's ability. We will develop the skills and fundamentals needed to compete at an elite level through high intensity training. Excel Hoops will work with our athletes to meet their goals and to excel on and off the court.
