Tutors-Ink is a comprehensive tutoring service specializing in individualized tutoring in a variety of subjects and in therapeutic tutoring. We serve high school, middle and elementary school students in grades 1–12. Our program is designed to help students increase their understanding of subject material, develop effective study, organizational, and writing skills, foster their positive attitude toward learning and improve their test performance. Research indicates a strong positive correlation between self-confidence and academic performance. Tutors-Ink offers tutoring in the basic academic subjects, SAT, ACT, PSAT, SHSAT, and Regents test preparation, as well as homework help and assistance with organizational, time management and study skills. Tutors-Ink also offers a unique therapeutic tutoring service which combines rigorous academic work with needed support to overcome emotional barriers that may prevent successful academic achievement.
