Our launching products are Black Pepper Sauerkraut, Fire Cracker Carrots, and Dilly Beans. All of our products are authentically fermented with great emphasis on refining their flavor and texture. We are three co-founders with a variety of backgrounds who are passionate about fermented foods. Our long term goals include producing Kombucha, and eventually Mead as well.
