RyanL Consulting was founded by Ryan Lucas with the view to provide best-practice strategic support and management services to remote community service organisations, specifically around youth development, sport and recreation, and the impacts of organisational development and capacity on service delivery. Ryan Lucas is the Principal Consultant for RyanL Consulting, and has significant experience in the design, management and delivery of remote youth development programs. Ryan’s experience includes the development of organisational strategy, program logic, and the monitoring and evaluation of programs and their outcomes, as well as extensive experience in operational program management. RyanL Consulting is particularly interested in combining relevant research and local community experience to develop and integrate evidence-based practices into the delivery of remote youth-centric programming.
