The Trust works on an ethos of compassion for the less fortunate in society. The Trust was founded by Imran Ali in August 2017 who has since served as its Chairman. The Trust opened its first primary clinic near DHA Phase I Rawalpindi, Pakistan in Dec 2017 and the second branch in Bhara Khau in March 2020. To date over 25,000 patients have been treated. First ~17,000 patients were treated entirely free (consultation plus high quality medicine). From Q3 2020, the Trust started charging Rs. 200 consultation fee, however, Zakaat eligible patients receive a Rs.200 discount (<£1). High quality medicine is still being provided entirely free of cost.
