The Special Needs Trust Network (SNTN) is a non-profit 501c3 corporation, based in Colorado . We provide a pooled supplemental needs Master Trust for people with disabilities; who need to protect funds while continuing to receive public benefits Those funds may come from a Social Security back payment, sale of a home, inheritance, personal injury settlement, or similar windfall or award. When these funds are placed in a qualified special needs trust sub-account they are no longer considered to be a countable asset for benefit purposes.
