The Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region, New York is a collective of people dedicated to providing resources and opportunities to the autism community in the 14 counties we serve. Our board, staff, and volunteers consist of individuals with autism, family members, and professionals who work with ASD populations. Our mission is to promote lifelong access and opportunities for people on the autism spectrum and their families so they can be fully participating, included members of their communities. We do this through advocacy, public awareness, education, and compassionate support. We offer information and referral services, sensory-friendly programming, education opportunities and individual support to help our community thrive.
