The Jamaican Canadian Association of Nurses (JCAN) is a charitable organization that was established in December 2014. The founding Board members came together with a mutual passion for addressing health inequity in Jamaica and Canada with a focus on maternal, paediatric care and chronic disease management. As a not-for-profit charitable organization, all proceeds from JCAN will be invested in promoting the mission of the organization.
