Community Sports and Therapy Center has served the health-care needs of individuals in West Central Ohio since 1980. Present programming includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, massage therapy and athletic training, for all ages, including pediatrics. We offer evaluation, treatment and education with an emphasis on empowering the individual to improve their health. Specialized programs such as urinary incontinence, dry needling, stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, and much more! Community Sports and Therapy Center provides quality treatment based on a strong commitment to professional continuing education while maintaining reasonable cost to users. Our services are performed in multiple settings including hospitals, outpatient centers, health clubs, industries, schools, and patient homes. We respect the rights of those we serve and uphold the highest ethical standards. Mercer County Community Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals and we abide by the standards as outlined by the American Physical Therapy Association, the American Occupational Therapy Association, the American Speech and Hearing Association, the National Athletic Trainers Association and the American Massage Therapy Association. Community Sports and Therapy Center is located in Mercer County Community Hospital, 800 West Main Street, in Coldwater, Ohio and at 903 East Wayne Street, Suite 8 in Celina, Ohio. We also have a location with appointments by request at 1830 Union City Road, in Fort Recovery, Ohio. For those patients unable to come into our outpatient centers, we can provide Therapy Services in your home through Mercer Health Home Care.
