UAEC is founded upon Sino-German cooperation, and as a member of the Global Association of the Exhibition industry (UFI) and a member of the International Association for Exhibition Management (IAEM). In 2010, UAEC purchased all the related maritime fairs in Jiangsu area, and organizes “China Int’l Marine, port & shipbuilding Fair (CIMPS) ” annually from then on. CIMPS has now developed as the second largest maritime fair in Asia, and awarded “China Top Ten Brand Exhibition”.
