Bermont Realty (1983) Ltd. has provided ongoing Real Estate and Property Management Services to the St. Albert community and surrounding areas since the company's founding. In 1963, our offices were located on Perron Street in the center of St. Albert, then a town of approximately 8,000 people. Maintaining the same downtown location through the years, Bermont Realty's present owner and broker, Guy C. Hébert, and his licensed real estate agents saw our community grow from a small town to a city of over 60,000 people.
