EyeCheq's mission is to prevent blindness and enable earlier intervention by local eye doctors as we detect conditions indicating diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and others. Our autonomous kiosk-based experience includes a retinal image and visual acuity test along with remote doctor and AI interpretation, enabling us to improve HEDIS scores related to Quality and Diabetic Eye Exams for our partner Health Plans and Providers. Our Tele-Ophthalmology Platform including kiosks are coming in 2023 to retail, pharmacy and provider locations.
