The Beedie Urban Development Program (BUDP) offers undergraduate students opportunities to learn about the inner workings of urban development, its role in the Lower Mainland, and opportunities within the industry. With unprecedented growth rates in Metro Vancouver, urban development is becoming more and more integral to the way our cities function. Urban development professionals (a diverse group including city planners, real estate agents, developers, property managers, and government officials) have the unique role of connecting communities, government, and businesses to enhance living conditions in the present and future.
