I provide third party contact to lenders on behalf of clients with the final goal of modification, short sale, deed in lieu or bankruptcy. Negotiations are directed by individual lender policy within the guidelines of the Making Home Affordable Act of 2009. Nearly all clients retain our services for the simplistic goal of reducing their monthly mortgage payment to 31% of their gross monthly income while ultimately saving their home from trustee sale.
