Car ownership presents a minefield of paperwork, deadlines and liabilities. That’s what drove us to create CarCloud - your car on your phone. Nobody enjoys managing the paperwork around their vehicles, with CarCloud you simply upload your registration plate and paperwork for complete peace of mind and paperless car ownership. Our users receive regular reminders, advice and quotes for tax, insurance, financing and more. We are already able to provide insurance quotes within the app and in the future we’ll expand to also offer new deals on vehicle finance too, both will generate income from referral fees. We will also be creating a subscription service for multi-car households. We’ve launched the app directly to consumers but we see huge potential in the B2B space too. We are currently running pilot programs with some huge UK businesses to help them manage their company and employee vehicles. Companies have a desktop app where they can process mileage claims, track carbon credits and ensure that employees using their vehicles for work have all the required paperwork in place. Carcloud is positioned as a life hack for consumers. A tool of convenience that also provides users with insight and data which would traditionally have sat with vendors.
